Note: much of the benefits and downsides of gtk4 you mentioned are actually libadwaitas up and downsides.

There’s a lot of work going into nvidia on linux ATM, so its improving pretty fast, but Also you can get a faster amd GPU with the money you can get from selling your 2080 ti

With Firefox and unlock origin it’ll remove all the cruft from websites, and you can degoogle your phone, making it more private than it was in 2014 (unless you install apps that don’t respect your privacy)
