I watched The Human Centipede and enjoyed it quite a bit. (lemmy.zip)

The acting was pretty sketchy at times, but the psychological horror was well done. The concept was fascinating, and truly encapsulates that feeling of hopeless despair. Are there truly fates worse than death? This movie answers that question with a resounding “yes!”...

We all know that republicans only care about wealthy people. Poor people who vote Republican do so because they enjoy punching down on marginalized communities. Fake problems in order to get in on all this fake inflation bullshit. All these capitalist pigs raking people over the coals for record profits under the entirely fabricated “inflation” crisis. SSD manufacturers want to get theirs too.

This is the prep/hype phase where they spread fake news to get the consumers prepped for surgery. None of it is real.

Yep it’s the MX Ergo by Logitech. I prefer the thumb style tracks for whatever reason. I’ve been using them for decades.

I’m going with this Dell and returning my Lenovo Slim 7 Pro. In my previous thread saying I switched to Windows I read that Dells offer great compatibility. I ordered this Dell XPS 13 and plan on going with Pop OS. Thoughts on this? Good choice?...

Partly because of you I ended up returning the Dell XPS 13 and getting a System 76 Lemur Pro instead ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ💻

I love how easy it is to replace things on System76 machines. They have a website which shows the internals and repair/replacement process for every model and generation of their computers.

Not sure if that renders the same for everyone, but I’m very tired of seeing the big emoji letter usernames. Is there an option to convert these usernames to ASCII or otherwise not render them?
