@historyofpunkrock My mate Brendy G was AT the NYE gig and later bought the album - which, very fortunately - he gifted to ME when we were living in a squat in N. London.

And it still lives on my shelves, many squats, many years, and many thousands of kms later.

Slainte, Brendy, wherever you are (Spain?).

Incidentally, the Rainbow was an amazing venue; home to some incredible gigs over the years - Bob Marley (also recorded live there), PiL, the Clash...

The first things that popped in my head were Andrew WK and Descendents, but I'm going Ramones. You can't listen to the Ramones and not get happier, even just slightly. It's physiologically impossible. 😂
