Should I assume all the leather I see these days is faux leather? How does it work now.🤷🏾♀️
Being critical of the fascist Zionist Israeli government is not anti-Semitic.
Oh my, it's wet and sticky snow.
Heavy to shovel in the morning.
The commute will be sloppy, get up early, clear all your windows, and allow extra time. You know there will be accidents! #DriveSafe #Snow #NovaScotia #NSStorm #Halifax #WAYCTV 🤣 glad I don't have to drive, but t have to shovel.
I should slow pace myself and do a little before bedtime. @capla Want some?
Have I got a deal for you? Take it all!
Come @tc_morekindness , it's time to sing our Sia song, and build a snowman or woman
A sample video taken at night, after the snow has been coming down for the last hour. It's not overly deep, but it covers everything, wet and sticky. You see reflections of Christmas lights and decorations my wife has put on the hedge, and in my driveway you see WAYCTV (The abbreviation and hashtag for, when are you coming to visit?)
So. When will the Israeli government be put in jail for their crimes against humanity? When will we cut ties?
Very interesting how international travel being shut down and places of gathering being closed ended up terminating an entire lineage of influenza. It’s almost like disease spread mitigation steps actually work.
I feel like such a jerk ordering same day delivery with Amazon on a holiday. But it’s cat food. The cats usual food must have gone bad because they won’t eat it, and I got them new food yesterday because the stuff they were eating made Nikita get fatter.
But Dinah’s throwing up a lot and Nikita is itching like crazy. There’s no throwing up and no itching on their original food, so emergency order.
The NY Post is part of the Murdoch family's media empire.
Media Matters has been one of the few organizations that has consistently called out the Murdochs' poisonous influence in our culture.
So it is no surprise that the Post -- which doesn't disclose this context -- is doing a hit piece on Media Matters.

Australia: New fast COVID test claimed to work better than RATs
"The saliva-based Sentinel Biosecurity Platform was trialled at two St Vincent’s aged care facilities in Melbourne late last year, with claims it successfully stopped COVID outbreaks during the pilot period."

By not doing more to improve the adequacy and stability of household resources, our federal and provincial governments are choosing to let food insecurity fester." #FoodInsecurity #Policy #cdnpoli #NSPoli #CostOfLiving https://theconversation.com/food-insecurity-in-canada-is-the-worst-its-ever-been-heres-how-we-can-solve-it-216399
🇺🇸 US: A physician in Rhode Island was given a formal reprimand by the state's medical board for performing a procedure after testing positive for COVID-19.
According to the letter, Malcolm Kirk, MD, found out he was positive for COVID-19 the evening before the scheduled procedure. "Despite the positive test results, Respondent proceeded to conduct the procedure on the following morning of January 12, 2023, at Rhode Island Hospital," the consent order states.
The Rhode Island Department of Health license database lists Kirk's specialties as cardiac electrophysiology and cardiovascular disease.

The SpaceX "rapid unscheduled disassembly" isn't a cause for ridicule - space is hard, and failures are part of it.
Immediately having your PR machine call it a "success"? Yeah, that's definitely cause for at least a little bit of ridicule.
I just realized it's my Mastoversary! I'm gonna name a couple fun things from this year:
You all sharing your art with me on #ArtShowSunday
Beige.party Conference in Tampa! Thanks @Alice for arranging that!
Learning about all of you through the questions I have asked, I was gonna name a few specific ones, but then the list kept getting longer and longer, so suffice to say, It's something I've enjoyed a lot, and I appreciate everyone who's taking the time to respond.
Those few days where we all talked about the epic life and times of one John Mastodon.
I made a toot going over Eugen Rochko's various hairstyles, and he showed he was a good sport, and favorited the post. If I had done that on Twitter, Musky would have permablocked me.
A little extra shout out to all the Trans, Ace, and various other LGBTQ+ Communities who have answered my probing and somewhat intrusive questions with openness and kindness.
Getting to see all your faces with one of my favorite positivity cheerleaders @Mary625
A shout out to Beige.party administrator @theropologist for taking out the trash when necessary, not having to worry about whether something is gonna be done when the Hitler Youth show up is such a relief. Plus all the work he's done in general keeping the place up and running, so I could goof off with my friends.
OMG not having to see ads, the only time I see something for sale is dope art made by cool people that I'm actually happy to see!
Alright, I was only going to do a few, but I did more. Honestly, the last couple days have been rough for me due to some personal issues, but making this list has helped me remember some great times, and that there will be great times in the future, so thanks!
My mom has asked me when I’ll stop wearing masks (P95/elastomeric P100) several times. My answer: never. I refuse to just haplessly get sick. This romantic notion that we will eventually inevitably get sick & there’s nothing we can do about it and shouldn’t do anything about it is ridiculous and it needs to be expunged from our society’s collective consciousness.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has shared a post on X showing a group of Palestinian children huddled together, watching a video, as the team tries to distract the youth from the Israeli bombings outside.
“Their goal is to bring smiles to the faces of these children, despite the scenes of pain and fear they experience due to the ongoing Israeli shelling in the vicinity of Al-Quds Hospital.”
