Are we (linux) ready for Arm devices?

Are we (linux) ready for arm devices like snapdragon elite X? Asahi runs on mac os with arm chips and the software somehow runs better than macos itself?! Is the softwares packaged for arm linux different? Is there much softwares available for the arm platform like softwares available for the intel/amd chipsets?...

It may not be “GNU/Linux” (whatever that stupid name means) but it’s still Linux. If it uses the Linux kernel, then it’s Linux, simple as. No one said it has to be *nix to be considered Linux. And even then Android is *nix. You can actually run many Linux programs if you have root access or by using Termux. If Android isn’t Linux to you, Alpine Linux shouldn’t be either.

Enable/Disable KWin Scripts depending on current activity?

So, I like working with tiled WMs sometimes though not always. And Polonium is working great for that in Plasma 6. But as I said, I don’t want it enabled 24/7. And rather than open settings and toggling it on and off every time, it’d be wonderful if I could harness the power of KDE activities and automatically toggle it on...

They’re “invasive” because humans brought them into new ecosystems where they shouldn’t be in the first place. Plants (and animals) just don’t just go around invading other ecosystems afaik.

Also, elephants taking down trees, they’re (mostly) supposed to do that. It plays a vital role in the ecosystem too. Elephants taking down large trees makes it easier for smaller plants to grow, making the ecosystem more diverse. Also these trees and the elephants have co-evolved for centuries, so I they know how to live with eachother and can probably do that for years to come.

Also, that’s besides the point. Other animals aren’t as conscious as us. We are not just following instincts the same way as them. We know stuff we’re doing is destroying the planet, yet we continue because $$$
