All settings get reverted to default without warning or apparent reason.This appears to happen after a reboot, but not every reboot. Based on other posts I’ve seen, this has been an on going issue for at least 2 years (example: gitlab.com/CalcProgrammer1/OpenRGB/-/issues/1867)...

Based on the number of up doots my post has I’m guessing i’m not alone. If others are having the same problem please comment below with a “yip”.

How to set LightDM and XFCE to only start when I want them and not at boot

I’d like to keep XCFE for VERY occasional use, so when I’m not using it I’d like to quit it. Also I don’t want it to start at boot. I’ve found a bunch of ways of uninstalling it but that’s not what I’m after, I just want to make sure it is not running unless I start it.
