The real problem OpenAI has created for Google is that it has damaged the virtuous cycle of websites making free content for Google to index so Google sends them traffic in return.
Now Google’s AI results will provide answers instead of sending sites traffic and the web withers
@carnage4life given how much of what is surfaced by Google these days is SEO spam, I’m struggling to worry a ton about this change. (Many, many other challenges are real and bigger than this one.)
