What the actual fuck is this article? I’ve rarely read this many words to spell out so little. To sum up the article: Boring company Las Vegas tunnel = bad and toxic mess, China = undisputed high speed rail leader. I’d want to know more about what exactly is wrong with the boring company tunnel, but the article gives you nothing useful

Don’t ask Sweden, Hallandsås tunnel (8.7km) took 23 years and a lot of dead cows to complete. Turned out that the sealant Rhoca-Gil wasn’t compatible with livestock.
