Marta is put in charge of the entire company while Jesús has lost his mind and shot his wife with a hunting rifle because she was trying to escape his violence (and take Julia, his daughter with her).

Andrés arrives just in time and takes Begoña to a cabin in the woods and she (a nurse) tells him how to get the bullet out. Gripping stuff - her abdominal wound doesn’t bleed at all while he digs around in it with a knife, but whatever.
