Yeah parking is really issue, parking fees should be much higher to discourage people owning (multiple) cars. Though I think I find them less dangerous than dogs running everywhere without leash and muzzle, at least the muzzle should be enforced absolutely everywhere, so even when your dog runs away it won't kill other dog or hurt any people.
Yeah, dog people across the world are oblivious to everyone. I've seen two pitbull attacks in my life. I get triggered by the breed all the time here. It's even more terrifying when you are walking in a wooded park and all of a sudden there's a pitbull running out of nowhere.
