Hupf, My name is P͟a͟g͟e͟. Remember it.
PopcornPrincess, I can relate… please don’t touch or annoy me or call me “fat” or ask if I’m pregnant at work. Respect.
ickplant, Girl… I once had a subordinate at work ask me if I was expecting. I was bloated and standing with my stomach out kind of holding my hand on my hip. She felt terrible when I said “nope, just fat…” I never held it against her in any way, but didn’t feel good for sure.
Bunnylux, Why anyone asks anyone this for any reason I cannot fathom.
ickplant, Don’t ask until you can see the baby crowning… even then wait until the birth announcement for good measure.
Bunnylux, Is that a baby coming out…? You know what, nevermind…
olosta, The awkward exception to this is asking if a person wants your seat on a bus or subway.
ickplant, Here is a glorious picture of Page:

Jyrdano, I have never related to a cat this much before.
unreachable, the face karen makes
IanSomnia, Seems reasonable
Psyduck_world, My cat also act annoyed or sometimes visibly upset when I call him fat. I doubt that he understands what is fat or being called fat is a bad thing. Wonder why he is so sensitive about being called fat.
ickplant, Maybe they understand more than we know. I’m giving my dog an extra treat tonight just in case. I call her “Miss Chonky Thighs.”
RootBeerGuy, Tone of your voice
nexguy, Sounds like the store to visit if you want a quick judgement in your favor. Also…cat is wonderful.
rockSlayer, Got it, chonker it is
RedditRefugee69, This store seems frightening
ickplant, It is a very aggressive sign… I wonder if Page made it herself.
ikiru, Where is this bookstore?
ickplant, As far as I can tell, in Charlotte, NC at the corner of The Plaza and Central Avenue. This is their site.
Proof (they’re called “BookBuyersCLT” on Twitter):
