Yes! I’ve used Reddit since the narwhal bacons at midnight was a thing. Kbin and Lemmy are making me feel nostalgic for Reddit’s early days. It’s made me excited to use the internet again, instead of just mindlessly scrolling to fill time.
What i also find interesting is the interaction at times. I consistently see posts with as much and sometimes more comments than upvotes. The one post i made also had 0.8 comments per upvote.
meh, for me it’s actually the opposite, i remember the first post ever on my reddit account reached 1k the day after, while here i got 45 upvotes on a post i made 6 days ago…
Well in my case I very rarely have ever posted on Reddit but I made a post on here that got nearly 100 comments on it, and it's the only one I've made on here. I think the engagement in some areas might be better than reddit
I’m still to find a good name for users because “lemons” or “lemmings” sound meh at best and so far those 2 options are the most popular across the users.
