The US is unlike a lot of other places apparently, where a patent holder can be forced to license the technology on reasonable terms.
Darkassassin07, I would guess you’d have to actually negotiate before implementing it.
Waiting until the patent holder sues you for selling an infringing product should void that opportunity.
Obviously IANAL though
