Yeah people should keep in mind, this is how liberals feel about you. They will humor you as long as they think they can get something from you, but this is the response to a challenge from their left that they always have in the back of their minds.
As soon as I read this it immediately washed over me all the interactions I’ve had with Libs (and friends) how they just resort to you being some sort of authoritarian psycho.
I share a lot of news, alot of working class solidarity stuff, a lot of “here are the numbers proving inflation is just corpo greed” shit, etc etc.
A friend in the car one day recently brought it up and just “saw you shared a bunch of anticapitalist stuff” then when I was like “well corpos bragging about record profits while saying they can’t help prices or wages 🤷♂️” he said “well thats what you get when you send out stimulus checks yknow?”
This conversation was about a month ago. Those checks were what, almost 4 years ago now? What bills are YOU still paying with that money?
(Meant to highlight how they just gloss over anything you say or do as “oh you just hate capitalism” but that conversation still gives me a headache so please excuse the derailed thought lol)
