Buffalox,

100%, how is this not more significant when people guess whether or not Trump will serve time? Cohen got jail time for this, and he turned himself in, and cooperated.

Trump did nothing redeeming, and he was the guy giving the orders, how is it even conceivable that Trump should be punished less?

Buffalox,

I simply don’t get how this even became a question? The conditions should be that if they are within international law it’s allright. And no doubt you are allowed by international law to shoot back when attacked.
This stance from USA is infuriatingly stupid.

Buffalox, (edited )

This is solely about not wanting the war to go nuclear.

Really? Don’t you think I know that? That’s still bullshit, and letting Russia dictate the terms. European countries are widely acknowledging Ukraines right to defend themselves, including striking into Russia. And Russia is of course spewing bullshit about it as usual, calling it escalation to a global war and what not. The truth is the only thing Russia respects is a show of force, that’s how it was with the Soviet Union too, and that hasn’t changed.

Europe is delivering F16 soon that are ALREADY allowed to attack Russia, there is zero reasonable argument to not allow Ukraine to defend themselves properly. It will only embolden Russia, as it already has, by Russia attacking in the northern region now, because Ukraine isn’t allowed to fight back.
Russia is constantly trying to sow fear, and to exploit it. It’s ironic how the worlds greatest military power is acting from fear and not strength!

Finally if there were actually a nuclear strike from Russia, it would most likely be against Ukraine, but despite that Ukraine does not share the doubt USA does.

I’m guessing USA will change policy on this soon, because they are pressured hard by allies.

But in the mean time Ukraine is fighting with one hand behind their back, which is costly to Ukraine currently.

Buffalox,

Absolutely, this story is bullshit.
If you have a car that can drive 20 km/l which isn’t exceptional, you only need a 100l gas tank to be able to drive 2000 km.
To claim to be able to do that is an absolutely non story, any gas car can do that easily with just a slightly bigger tank.

This will eat 80% of Tesla profits, so he will probably ask Tesla to hurry up with the $56 billion he think he is owed.
Tesla stock would plummet even faster than they have recently.

Then he will try to convince Trump to use SpaceX for his Space Force, and have Trump implanted with a chip from Neuralink so he can remote control him. 😋 And then blame any problems on the Jews.

Buffalox,

IMO the high end Mediatek SOCs are getting pretty good. They are very close to high end Snapdragon, Snapdragon however tend to have the edge on slightly lower power consumption.

But if you can get almost equivalent performance for less, I don’t really see the Mediatek chips as a significant downside anymore.

it’s great we have Mediatek for competition, otherwise Qualcomm would be a near monopoly outside the Samsung Sphere.

Buffalox,

It’s really sick, she thought suffering was some sort of gate to heaven. So she made people suffer when they were dying.

Buffalox,

It’s about as safe as my FSD. Some of you may die, but that’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make.
-Enron Musk

Buffalox,

125° F that’s above boiling temperature in Flaffenfeit!!! But boiling what is the question? Probably somebody’s temper.

Buffalox,

So 125° F is like saying it’s WAY TOO HOT! Thank you, I think I’m beginning to understand Flaffenfeit better now.

It’s a bit like measuring in yards, but they never say whether it’s front yards or back yards, which is quite significant IMO. But even a hundred yards isn’t very far, so I guess they must have some pretty funny small yards over there.

Buffalox,

Actually communist/totalitarian countries tend to pollute more, because the people don’t have a say. It’s not about capitalism, it’s about regulation.

Buffalox,

Regarding polluting and cleaning up afterwards and using toxic compounds in products yes in general they have.

Buffalox,

Yes they would, but in reality it’s anti libertarian like completely free market capitalism,. which is shown not to work, so how anybody takes it seriously IDK?
Capitalism is ALWAYS regulated, but not always with consideration to consumers and environment. Social democrat societies like Scandinavia are generally considered among the best. But even more “free” capitalism oriented countries like USA have regulations.

But you can’t have societies without regulation, the whole idea is moronic. The difference is whether it’s good as in beneficial regulation, and what it attempts to benefit, Profits or citizens and environment.

Buffalox,

On what scale?

Apples to apples, for instance Soviet Union compared to Europe, there is no doubt Soviet union was decades behind the west regarding regulating on toxic compounds and pollution and cleaning up.
Same with China, they build their industrial capacity on polluting without limits, compare that to Japan or South Korea. China even had the advantage pollution wise that they started later, so a lot of know how was available on how to pollute less for comparable industrial output.

At least China has improved, but Soviet union never did.

Buffalox,

This is why some UK leaders wanted out of EU, to make their own rules with way less regard for civil rights.

Buffalox,

God is a maniac and he wants you to kill all infidels, it’s in the Bible.
In what part of the Bible have you ever seen god commanding his followers to help another tribe that believes another god?
Also bring me their foreskin, because reasons.

Buffalox,

First: It is factually NOT a meme.
Second: I don’t see anything justifying calling it psych.
Third: Many here actually appreciate these posts, as can be clearly seen by the daily upvotes, and frequent constructive comments about them.

What good reason do you have for your post?

Buffalox,

There’s a definition of the word meme that was coined by Richard Dawkins, and you obviously don’t have a clue what you are talking about.
I also don’t see how it’s Nazism to post about Ukraine defending themselves against an unprovoked extremely hostile invasion. If there are any Nazis in this, it’s obviously the Russians who started this war.

Makes very little sense to downvote this, there are several points where Musk could go to jail. Both regarding fraud towards investors and also customers.

Probably the most obvious case is that Musk claimed in 2019 it would be possible to earn money on owning a Tesla, because it would be able to be used as a robo taxi by 2020.
But Full self driving required for Robo Taxi is still nowhere near ready.

He also claimed that Tesla would NOT depreciate like other cars, because they are the most future proof cars you can buy.
But Tesla cars have since depreciated faster than almost any other car, in part because of Tesla price reductions, and in part because the promises came to nothing.

There could also be situations considering Hyperloop, where he promised faster and cheaper public transport, and that it was actually easy to make. But the projects he has accepted all came to nothing.

There may be cases on his promises every year since 2016 that Tesla cars would be capable of FSD next year.

He has also made wildly exaggerated promises about SpaceX, that may constitute fraud towards investors. Starting a Mars base 2022, and manned missions 2024, I don’t recall any SpaceX Mars missions.

People have invested their pensions on these false claims, and at some point, I have no doubt they will result in lawsuits, at least some of them.

Buffalox,

I’m guessing from new investors. That still believe Enron Musk groks it.

In a presentation for investors, Elon Musk revealed that the new supercomputer will use as many as 100,000 Nvidia’s H100 GPUs

Buffalox,

While this wasn’t treated as fraud, Musk did lose his $55 billion bonus as deemed an insider job, where Musk controlled the board to the detriment of other shareholders. Here (Denmark) we had a similar case in principle but by a majority shareholder (although much smaller), that resulted in 7 year jail time for the CEO/Stock majority holder that did it.

thehill.com/…/4438387-judge-rules-musk-must-give-…

Why musk isn’t in jail for this IDK, but IMO he should be, and by better standards he would be.

Buffalox,

Yes it does seem the far right is doing better than they should be, this is unfortunately also the case in Europe. And it has very much to do with systematic control and manipulation of both normal media and social media by the 1%.

Buffalox,

UPS! That must have been a typo, any relation to a company that was fraudulent and went bankrupt is PURELY coincidental.

Buffalox,

That’s probably the reason he is using an older version, the H200 is about to be released, and will free up supply of the older chips.
