@manualdousuario I am also tired of his pro-Apple takes on everything. And I really dislike how he usually complains about the EU or any other place that is not America when it comes to regulations.

@manualdousuario As for the Apple changes: I don't want them opening up iOS to side loading, as I fear about what this can end up doing to the platform. Specially if it is too attractive vs using the App Store. Apps would just jump out, and it could become the wild west, specially since iOS is kind big around here.

@manualdousuario But I am not naive, their focus is definitely their profit margins, but the take on security and privacy, to me show a focus on the customer too. (They probably are balancing with what they can do to keep profit and still seem customer oriented) And lastly, I was not expecting them to open up a lot, it was clear that they were going to open just to fit into the regulation, not a centimetre more.

@manualdousuario I agree with you. I didn’t think much about Android when reading, reflecting. But now that you mentioned, they do have side loading and possibly custom stores and I know of none tbh. Valeu pela discussão!! ☺️
