I read a tragic story the other day about a mother who threw herself into the midst of a pack of violent, ravenous dogs that were attacking her children. She sadly didn't make up, but successfully saved her children from the dogs.
That woman had infinitely more courage than this pathetic man who, when faced with a harmless shihtzu, decided to kill it in cold blood. Absolutely disgraceful. He's not fit to carry a gun, and certainly not a servant of the public.
This was disturbing. If you're reading this and care enough remotely about animal life, don't watch this. Even though it's not the most graphic video I've ever seen, it was still disturbing to see how cold-blooded these people who are supposed to be our public servants are.
If you or I did what this officer did, we'd be facing charges.
