New Event and New Patch Notes!
Patch notes are out!
The Seer re-work seems interesting. The silence being 10 seconds sounds like it could be really frustrating to play against, but the rest of his kit has generally been nerfed so it should hopefully not be too oppressive.
The Nemesis nerf is a step in the right direction, but I get the feeling it probably still needs a bit more.
