This image taken by the Hubble Space Telescope shows LEDA 90367, a spiral galaxy with a trailing arm. Plumes of gas, dust and stars have broken off from the galaxy's disk, exhibiting numerous blue stellar knots, due to the fact that in the last few million years it has undergone a merger event between two galaxies.
