These schemes work, because people think they are smarter than the opponent. And their profits tell them, they really are. Until they get to someone, who is smarter than them. The whole way how fraud works. People think, the other was too stupid to realize, there is a profit to get. For some, it is a learning process. For others a lifestyle.
