What is that one moment in The Office that you HATE?

For me, it's when Kevin tries to make Pam's Pam-Pams leak by crying like a baby at her, it irritates me beyond belief, it wasn't funny the first time and when he does it the second time I just want to reach into the screen and slap him!

Kevin has a lot of these cringey and dumb moments and I don't know what the writers were thinking.
