Hej, I read that there is no whale fishing this year in Island, due to a change in environment law. Is that right. Thanks and cheers, Andreas
@viereck well only until the end of August, but at least it's a start. But the minister does not have the right to stop it completely, that needs change of the law about whaling and that has to be done by the parliament, but postponing repeatedly apparently is OK.

That is interesting, thanks a lot for detail information. That didn’t came with the news here in Germany. As you say, it is a beginning.
