Really? I have no idea why, except nostalgia, and commerce, so many of us are still there at all and haven't understood it in the slightest my entire life, everytime people celebrate a new synagogue opening in berlin or warsaw, i'm gobsmacked, then again i've watched israel turn from socialist idealized kibbutzim to highly technical judeo fascist in it's own government, so I've seen alot, and am just grateful my people ended up in the United States, but Europe ...
