The city of #Seattle is going to start prosecuting graffiti cases again after the Ninth Circuit reversed a lower court ruling. Because prosecuting people for street art is going to improve people’s lives or something. We’re still angry about the #HarrellHorrorShow destroying a beautiful mural art near us that took multiple days to put up and had been there for years.
