There is a product called Liquid Smoke
I have made ribs in a pressure cooker and added a drop into the pc

@RexRedbone @dnc ahh yes, i know the stuff. sorry thought there was a neat way to get a smoke going inside without the CO.

i imagine putting a little liquid smoke in water to make ice cubes has got to make the ultimate ice for a scotch. heard of smoking water to make that but this has got to be easier and probably better
