They will probably reach her price eventually unless she does want to try and burn it down. The Civil lawsuit aspect of this makes it about money in the end, and Endeavor-TKO is likely to spend whatever it takes to make her go away, and if that doesn't work they will use that same money to try and bankrupt her to the point the lawsuit can't continue.
Sure, some heads may roll in the process, but ultimately they are going to spend money either for her or against her and will do their best to stonewall.
I certainly don't envy this woman, her mental health has been fucked with already, and this is going to be just as bad or worse.
