Goats blocking road leads to charges for Lisbon man for second time this year

"Michael P. Chambers, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct:Obstructing traffic following investigation of the incident, officers said."

So if you were wondering what might happen when your goats get loose, apparently that's disorderly conduct.

"Deputies said they have received 20 complaints since August relating to livestock that Chambers owns blocking the road and damaging neighboring property."

20 complaints though? C'mon man, put up some fencing or something!
