Meteorological winter, December 1 through February 29, brought varying amounts of precipitation to the central US. Some areas received much above normal precipitation while other areas were lacking.
Temperatures, however, were above normal across much of the region. Eastern North Dakota, Minnesota, and northern Wisconsin were warmest, with temperatures were 9° to 12° above normal. #weather#climate
