“According to sources cited by the report, Panzer Dragoon, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Sakura Taisen are currently in early development. These projects received the green light around the same time as the previously revealed titles, placing their initiation between 2020 and 2021. With these additions, the list of expected revivals now features a diverse array of classics, including Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio, Shinobi, and Streets of Rage.”
There’s zero reason for these automatic cloud uploads to exist.
Especially since consoles have easily expandable storage now. If people want that stuff on the cloud, they can toggle the setting. Even if they put a prompt asking if you wanted to.
Like, maybe for save games, but no sense for clips. Especially since it’s so easy to accidentally hit the buttons for it.
Why is it that PC games are able to support a huge variety of hardware, but console publishers/developers have such a hard time supporting a limited, standard set of hardware?
Honestly its about time. They no longer have to be held back by the older system that most likely held back some tech for games that had to work on the new and old system at the same time.
I'm mostly a playstation gamer but I have a Series X and a gaming PC with a 3080TI so I'll be playing it. Most of my friends also have PCs in addition to their ps5s but yeah if I didn't have a way to play it I'd buy a system for it most likely. It looks like it's going to ruin my life for a few months.
I'm assuming that the Xbox version will be more stable than the PC version in the initial release window so I doubly feel for those who won't have access to an Xbox to play it.
