I think this is the first piece of yours I got to see here that used both digital art and the knitting. It’s seriously cool stuff and an awesome way to get texture in!

Thank you so much! People tend to associate knitting with positive ideas like "warmth" "hugs" comfort" and protection" I wanted the viewer to associate those ideas with the people I draw.

Worthstream,

Amazing!

Kinda curious to see what this did look with only the knitting, if you’re willing to share.

Sure, took me a minute to find this specific piece. I also show pieces that are just the knitting no drawing but those are bigger allowing me to get more detail.

I could see this working really amazing with layered stockinette stitch and embroidery thread over the top too.

Hey, I could see that but...I like the way this looks so see no benefit in going through the trouble embroidering. Also conceptually I like the balance of digital (digital drawing) with traditional (knitting)

Did you use pastels to draw? It looks incredible.

Thank you so much! I does look a bit like pastel, but I do the drawing digitally.

That’s even cooler! Digital meets analogue. Than you for the cool post and explanation!
