@mlabowicz Probably because it will. There was a point in time, a few years ago, I was running at a respectable pace of 4:30/km at 10km. I was in a great shape! Stopped, because I’ve been running 4-5 times a week, on the top of cycling 300-400km a week for around half a year. My knees gave up…🤷🏻♂️
