How does Astaxanthin compare with other antioxidants?

I just wanted to share my experience with traditional antioxidants and astaxanthin. I’d like to hear yours with astaxanthin or other antioxidants.

I’ve tested the benefits of astaxanthin, and I want to understand how it compares with other well-known antioxidants, such as Vitamic C, β-Carotene, and Vitamin E.

There are antioxidants that our bodies naturally produce and help us control oxidation. Healthy diets made entirely of plants include antioxidants. Unlike other antioxidants that can destabilize membranes, like β-Carotene and Vitamin E, or don’t even localize in cellular membranes, like Vitamin C, astaxanthin stabilizes cellular membranes, according to astaxanthin studies.
