Didn’t expect that. I don’t typically listen to Macklemore, I admit I’m more of a Tribe, Kendrick, MF Doom, Deltron, Mac Miller kinda guy.

Is he good? Subjective question, but maybe given the above taste you can clue me in. Would love to embrace a new artist.

Yeah I don’t really listen to Macklemore much. More of my partners thing, and like you, I listen to Doom, Kendrick, Tyler the Creator, old-school Kanye before he lost it, Wutang Biggie, etc. He rhymes pretty well and has some pretty sick raps. Seattle home town hero.

Check out his earlier album Language of my World. It’s fantastic and a lot less poppy than his modern stuff.
