I think I'm done with #Microsoft (M$) at this point. I won't be renewing my yearly #Microsoft365 subscription for #Office. I'll just have to get along without #Outlook. I stopped using #OneDrive a while ago. Glad I did or else they would have stolen all my personal documents by now for their AI.
I guess this means I'll have to stop using their email and Outlook too and settle for something crappy. The best alternative seems to be #Thunderbird. Ugh. Maybe I will pay for #ProtonMail then.
@nuncio That's why I moved to Proton Mail after trying various alternatives. I was done with Microsoft when I was still in the corporate workforce. As I exited the corporate world I closed all Microsoft accounts. For personal and other work I was still using Google services. I didn't feel safe with Google scanning all my mail and documents and photos. So I took time to get away from Google too. That means paying for privacy but I think it is worth it.
