Even though they are "routine" med passes, it still sounds somewhat ill-advised. And at what point does routine get pushed to more acute meds? We all know how it goes. Asked to do just one small thing, then becomes two small things, then becomes a bigger thing, next thing you know your ICU patient becomes three and yiu are over...
