This is imo the 2nd-hardest variant I've done of 8x8 - 4 (after the one I posted with the asymmetric corners). I've found three solutions so far, but all of them took me quite a while to solve.
Notes on this solve:
Red connects the edges
You can reflect XF for another solve
I do have a solve with neither F nor X in the center, which I'll post eventually
