I just don’t see the screaming howler monkeys that is the real con/Republican base going for her, really. Not while donnie is still alive. I bet many of them would vote for him even if he was in prison over her. Because she’s a woman and she’s not white, and I’m sure they’ll call in all the “not a real xtian” and “but where’s the long form birth certificate” stuff out, too.
But she still faces a tough challenge in a party that has grown increasingly reliant on working-class Republicans—a group that overwhelmingly backs Trump.
So, “Chris Christie Exit Gives Nikki Haley a Critical Boost Ahead of Iowa” to secure second place.
