@RickiTarr its like time travel mashed with parallel universes... worrying about things in every combination and scenario 'in the now' even though the future hasn't happened yet! It's a bit like being a depressed version of Griffin from Men In Black 3 who knows about all time lines yet every time line is a disaster about to happen and you're worrying about it already. I've been diagnosed with severe anxiety for a few years now so this is very real to me.
