uPDATE:
Now that his appeal has been denied, DOJ has just filed a motion with the court for Steve Bannon to turn himself in to begin serving his prison sentence.

Arguing that there is no longer a substantial question of law awaiting appeal.

Really spicy UPDATE:
Judge Merchan is assigned to Steve Bannon's criminal case in New York.

Robert Costello - whom Judge Merchan lambasted in Trump's criminal trial - is Bannon's lawyer.

Costello stepped in after another lawyer quit.

Massachusetts taxed the rich. Now they have an extra $1.8 billion to spend.
In November 2022 voters approved a 4% tax on incomes over $1 million.
The state can now use that money on free public school meals, free community college, and public transit.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called for Supreme Court Justice to be impeached, and says that she is willing to draft and introduce articles of impeachment herself.

She said in the announcement:

"I just think that if no one's going to introduce it, I would certainly be open to doing so and drafting them myself." She added, "I think this has gone far, far beyond any sort of acceptable standard in any democracy, let alone an American democracy."

Dems/public protest support her effort?

Katie Couric was recently reported as saying that " the driving force behind MAGA is "anti-intellectualism" and that the political movement is full of jealous, bitter, resentful people".
She is digging into some actual truth. If she continues to dig past her denials, she will recognize that these are merely a few elements of white supremacy. She fails 2 connect to the generational transfer and absorption of the need for a place of superiority to the "others". "American" = not being the others.

In a absurd attempt to 'GET' Joe Biden, GOPMAGAmorons have managed to reveal the fact that then AG Bill Barr actively covered up the crimes he knew then-President Trump was committing. Their own withness Lev Parnas stated that Trump and Giuliani Lindsey Graham, Bill Barr, Pete Sessions, Devin Nunes, Ron Johnson and Sean Hannity all conspired to push Russian disinformation and squash the Muller investigation.

If 's trial is delayed until after the election, when will Americans fill the streets in DC & demand that the treasonous SC Justices be impeached?

Just a morning note on the conflict hearing of 'cause it is too much calm up in here.

Former Georgia Gov. Roy Barnes was on the stand.

Because he was one of at least two lawyers offered the role in the Trump election case but who refused it in part because it didn't pay enough.

The notion Ms. Willis was trying to enrich doesn't fall as true. He testified that his income decreased.

It is a big day for all Floridians! The Division of Elections is reporting that has 910,946 verified signatures, enough to qualify for the 2024 election! What a huge milestone for abortion access in our state!
