Another of my staples - you can prepare the tuna ahead of time and let it marinate, then make the harissa potatoes, throw the tuna on a griddle pan and perhaps throw some green beans on there for an extra vegetable.
This is the current favourite 🙂
Our cast iron pan we got from amazon for £30 it's actually non stick, it cooks better, they work with an induction hob and if you season them (honestly not hard) you have it for life. Could. Not recommend enough....
