Has Borderlink improved at all? This is from a few day ago

_Borderlink is a fucking shit hole. The management is so fucking incompetent. I don't want to be doxxed so I won't write specifics. But it baffles me how the Tokyo branches even stay afloat. Literal monkeys in the office. Some interesting memories. For sub days, they sent me to the wrong school twice. More than once, they would send me an email the night before, so I had no idea where to go until 11pm or 5am in the morning.

Borderlink usually has a higher base salary but it evens out, because Borderlink doesn't pay AT ALL during summer holiday. They also don't pay for the time you take off to go to immigration to renew your visa while Interac did. So every time you have to go to immigration with Borderlink? Have to use a paid holiday or else miss out on half a days pay. Also another funny point about BL and immigration visits. They give you the choice to go immigration to renew your visa yourself or pay Borderlink 8000 yen or so for them to renew it for you. They don't pay for time taken off or the transport, so you're essentially losing a full days work of money, since you have to go twice (once to apply and another to get the new card). The only scenario where you mitigate the most loss is if you can go to immigration during a long break. Which is dependent on when your visa expires. My branch manager literally could not comprehend this and just apologized._
