@wdlindsy@strangetikigod It’s interesting but given how Republicans let the massively corrupt Ken Paxton off the hook in Texas despite all the evidence and witnesses against him, I see no reason to believe any of this will lead anywhere bad for Sanders.
@gedeonm@strangetikigod I don't think it can lead to anything bad for Sanders in a state solidly controlled by Republicans — as is also the case in Texas. That's my point in speaking about how this kind of one-party total control, especially backed up by fake religious claims, inevitably leads to corruption.
