I'm well past joking about the extremely hot weather in the #Philippines. I'm literally in survival mode. We almost never leave our airconditioned room (electricity bill be damned) because it's impossible to spend more than a few minutes outside. Sometimes I even find it hard to breathe in the hot air heavy with humidity. I don't know why this isn't a national emergency.
