The white bars should actually contain some text, but you may need a magnifying glass to be able to read it. If the text says something about voltage, charge the device for a good few hours at least....
The PowKiddy #RGB20S is a great device, but the SD cards provided by PowKiddy are of notoriously poor quality. You'll find plenty of reports online from RGB20S owners whose games have suddenly disappeared, or whose device will no longer boot. These are invariably caused by SD card failures....

I've just answered this query from a reader of our PowKiddy RGB20S User Guide, so I thought I'd post it here in case it might help someone else....

The PowKiddy RGB10 MAX 3 PRO is currently available for pre-sale on the PowKiddy web site, so we have a fair amount of detail....
The base model does not have WiFi, unlike the RG353PS. However, there's a new "Pure Black" model with WiFi included....

The most thorough way to do do this is to switch between the two button layouts in the software....
