@timesandseasons yeah people are sleeping on the colorado river as a potential flashpoint driving conflict between states

@Slyence Eh, maybe easterners are sleeping on it, but nobody in the west is. The situation is being actively negotiated, but no resolution is in sight and there are more interested parties than ever (now that we actually care what Mexico and the native tribes think).
