Got serious into beer almost 15 years ago. Chased them all. Knew the days local distributors dropped off at local stores so I could be there early or first. Would travel did work, visit 2-4 breweries, and come home with a suit case full of muled beer.
Now I’m very happy for a sixer of a nice local crispy boi purchased from the grocery store.
I honestly love lager, I've tried loads of ipas, ales bitter stout etc Guinness, can't stand anything but lager, wine and cocktails oh and a bit of ameretto.
Get me a cold peroni or San Miguel any day of the week.
For me it was lagers, sours, IPAs, stouts, lagers lol. Stouts and lagers are mostly what I drink any more, I can't stand most sours and I kind of lost my zest for hoppy IPA. I currently have some Pilsner Urquell in my beer drawer of the fridge for tomorrow night's gaming session.
