I've long thought that chess would be the killer app for mixed reality.

Yeah, I know chess is mostly an abstract thing that you play in your head, but the aesthetic of moving real pieces, and seeing virtual pieces move in response would be cool too see for at least 5 minutes 😉

Hoping that a version will appear in my lifetime that doesn't have the "Big Zucker" mascot.
