Why does some apps update doesn't show in fdroid website but is available in the app store ?

I thought the store got the update from the repo so theoratically should’nt the website have it if the fdroid app store is taking updates from there ( I am talking about the official fdroid app , the main repo and main site ) or is the official site and repo not the same or am i missing something ?

Need an app that can forward SMS to another phone or desktop/cloud

Either I need the app to forward any received text message to another phone number. This should be reliable, i.e. not stop when the phone is idle/sleeping....

I saw this app had been added recently. It claims that “ANONguard anonymises the Internet connection. In the process, the IP address of the smartphone is hidden with the help of the AN.ON anonymisation service (anon.inf.tu-dresden.de).” Is this real and does what it says? The “anonymisation service” link gives an error...
