@dnc if you started it from seed from a store bought bell, the resulting plant may not be true. But it will be an eatable sweet pepper of some shape and rind thickness.

@dnc Could be an Anaheim chili. Ours look like that. Hatch chilies also have that shape. There are so many varieties it’s hard to tell.

Em no, I would consider this as what Italians usually call a "Peperoni" if it gets red when ripening.
There are green varieties too, as these are endless in Capsicum annuum plants.

Bell peppers are normally shaped like the green big one:
