No. Pasta is not keto at all. Additionally, there's no need to overdo it on the protein. Keto isn't necessarily a high protein diet. It's better to have a reasonable serving of meat according to your body weight and goals, and fill up the plate with non-starchy vegetables, like green beans, broccoli, chard, summer squash, stuff like that. It's good to eat oily things like avocado, also.
@dnc I usually do 30g of carbs per day, even if I take a bit more it doesn’t take me out of the state of ketosis. I’d say this meal would be fine and considered keto as long as you’ve eaten very low or no carbs throughout the rest of the day
